The House of Representatives in its 15th July,2014 plenary sitting received reports from various Committees. One of the reports presented on the floor of the House was from Committee on Commerce and Justice presented by Hon. Sylvester Ogbaga was “a Bill for an Act to Repeal the Sales of Goods Act of 1893 and Enact the Sales of Goods Act, 2013 to Provide for Regulation of Sales of Goods in Nigeria and for Other Related Matters (HB. 486)”.
